Responsive Web Design certification won't open after passing exam

Hi,
I completed the Responsive Web Design certification exam and received a score of 98% (Passed).

The certification appears in my account, but when I click “Show Certification”, it doesn’t open the certificate and instead redirects/doesn’t load correctly.

I have already tried refreshing the page and logging out/in.

Could someone please check whether there is an issue with my certification?

Certification: Responsive Web Design
Exam result: 98% — Passed
Issue: “Show Certification” doesn’t work

when it redirects on the homepage, please see what message appears, it tells you why the certification can’t be shown
