# Responsive Web Design Exam – Clock Sync Error Preventing Submission

Hello freeCodeCamp Team,

I have completed all 50 questions in the Responsive Web Design Certification Exam, but I am unable to submit my exam.

Every time I click “Submit Exam,” I receive a “Clock sync error.”

I have already tried:

- Synchronizing my Windows 11 date and time

- Verifying my time zone (UTC+05:30, Sri Lanka)

- Checking my internet connection

- Changing my Windows region to Sri Lanka

Unfortunately, the problem continues.

My exam still shows “You have an in-progress attempt for this exam.”

Could someone please help me resolve this issue without losing my completed exam attempt?
