Responsive Web Design exam stuck as "In Progress" after completing and submitting

Hi freeCodeCamp team,

I completed the Responsive Web Design Certification Exam via the Exam Environment desktop app and submitted it. However:

  • On my dashboard, the attempt under “Attempts” still shows Date Taken: 9/13/2026, 9:27:48 PM, Score: In Progress, Status: In Progress.
  • When I try to reopen the exam in the app, it shows the message: “You have an in-progress attempt for this exam!” and won’t let me start a new attempt or see a result.

I have not received a pass/fail result. Could you please help clear/reset this stuck attempt on your end so I can either see my result or retake the exam?
