could you be more specific, sorry but I’m new in this.

You put the a new input inside of the form. You need to put the old input inside of the form instead.

I have it like this and it doesn`t work.

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (’).

<!-- This should go inside the form -->
 <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL">
<!-- -->

<form action="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">

<!-- This should not exist -->
<input>

</form>

You should only have one form and one input.

I did this, but it won’t work for me:

<form action="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">

<input type = "text" placeholder = "cat photo url">

</form>
