Hi there, i’m still new here and what i’d like to know, that is Scientific Computing helpful with Machine learning, and whether i should continue with it or just skip it as a whole lecture?

I think the content is useful. Data structures and visualization is useful in any work heavily based in statistics, and ML/AI is all about statistics.
