Scatter Plot Graph Project, done but with two issues

So I completed this zip line, but I am having a couple of issues.

Firstly, for some reason, the top two names on the graph were not assigned a plot point for some reason.
Secondly, when look at the info box when hovering over the plot points, the text does not break at all, even when I added the
in the .html.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
