I am facing a problem in the Lab section of a freeCodeCamp course while using Firefox. The scroll bar works partially — it can move up and down, but when scrolling up, it gets stuck at a certain point. This affects the Instructions tab, HTML tab, and CSS tab, so I cannot scroll back to the top or see some parts of the instructions or code.
There was no problem in the previous Lab sections, but the issue appeared when I reached the “Build a Confidential Email Page” Lab in the “The Box Model” lesson within the CSS section.
I have tried several things to fix the issue over the past two days, including:
Refreshing the page
Clearing the browser cache
Restarting Firefox
Checking for extensions that might interfere with the page
But nothing has worked so far, and this is preventing me from practicing my code properly.
Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Or does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Before switching to Firefox, I was using Chrome, but it was not loading FreeCodeCamp properly and the sections wouldn’t open at all. Then I downloaded Firefox, and it worked perfectly for me for the last two months. Recently, I started facing this problem, so to check if it was a browser issue, I also installed Opera. However, Opera was also unable to load the FreeCodeCamp pages correctly. Firefox has always worked best for me, so I am not sure why this issue suddenly started.
The area which i marked with red marker and black arrows pointed downwards, maybe there is no problem in the scrollbar, may it reaches to its original position at the top but this white layer is floating down and hiding the content of the instructions, index.html and styles.css.
