Scrolling Doesn't Work Well

I’m not sure if this is just a my computer issue or because things are moving over issue or what.

But when trying to complete tasks now, the HTML section scroll bar doesn’t scroll all the way down. It only scrolls for part of the page, and so for me to access anything, I have to use the up or down keys on my keyboard. Is it supposed to do this?

Bugs should always be reported as GitHub Issues. Whenever reporting a bug, please check first that there isn’t already an issue for it and provide as much detail as possible.
