In my non-professional opinion, the main thing you have to deal with is space. There is a lot of unnecessary space in your design - a huge gap between the social media icons, a lot of space between the icons itself, empty space between the Websites and Contact section - if s.o is scrolling, he might get the impression that your content is finished(the same goes for Home and Websites for the smaller screens).
On the other side, bigger logo and a little more space between the navbar items may look a little bit nicer.
