Seeking Remote Pair Programming for Accountability

My proposition:

Looking to set up a 3 week sprint, once a week via Google Hangout.

It will be a 3 hour session where we will work on our personal programming work and use the hangouts for accountability.

Only respond if you can dedicate for a 3 week sprint.

Here’s the format:

Dedicated to meeting up at the same time once a week for three hours.

Start - 15 minutes - We share 2 things.

Update on what we’ve worked on.

Goal for the 3 hour session.

Middle - 2:30 hours - Ongoing

We’ll have ongoing instant messaging or side conversations if anyone needs to work on a problem out loud and bounce ideas off of.

ie “Here’s my problem and what I’ve done to try and solve it” “Good question. Have you thought about working it this way? Or this? Did you remember to do that?”

End - 15 - minutes -We share 3 things.

What we did well during the session.

What we could have done better.

What the goals are for the next week.

Right now I’m working through Udacity, freeCodeCamp, PluralSight etc. I’m learning full stack JavaScript, and Python.

It’s okay if you’re not learning these exact things right now. Just looking to meet similar minds who want to learn and put in the effort.

I’ll update this post with specific time. I’m EST and preferences are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Or Sunday morning.
