Site bug: z-index for menu vs notification

Hey, I just went to see my certification, and noticed there is a z-index bug.

If your profile is set to private you get the notification bar, but the menu goes behind it:

I don’t need support, but this is the best place I could find to submit this.

Typically, this kind of thing is reported via an issue on the main GitHub repo: GitHub - freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp: freeCodeCamp.org's open source codebase and curriculum. Learn to code for free.

However, wrt/ this case, I would not expect anything to change, as the banners/pop-ups are considered as important information which should take priority in the z-index queue. This is more my opinion, but there is nothing stopping Campers from dismissing the banner.
