Solution links in certificate only show up when my "Timeline" is public

If I set my timeline to private, solution links fail to show up.

I think having timeline public should have nothing to do with whether or not the solutions show up.

One more thing, with the new responsive web design projects design, is it now impossible to change my solution links? I have deleted old URLs and have my projects on new ones. Previously I could go the projects page and submit new links and that would update to new URL. How can I update those now? Thanks!
