[SOLVED] How to fix unexpected string error

I am trying to generate tags with an event fires. data [1][i] etc are variables being passed in.

I am getting a unexpected string error but I cannot spot it, I am somewhat playing this by ear and clearly my ear needs work.

Any help is welcome and appreciated. Hopefully, my question was clear enough.

Edit: Never mind, I rewrote the string.
