As a long-time audio engineer, synthesist and musician I found this talk with the lead sound designers at Google and Facebook really interesting. A lot of thought and work goes into those interface blips and bleeps before we get to hear them.
If anyone here is working on a project that would benefit from custom sound design I’d love to talk about doing it. I have a lot of experience working in sound for other media—I’d love to do some work for UI/apps.
