SQL course not showing instruction window upon re-enter

It might be something really stupid I did wrong but it is really frustrating me that I hope someone could help me out here.

I am halfway into the sql part one class using chrome. When I exit and re-enter, I don’t see the instruction pop up window in the code editor anymore.

I tried it on the sql part 2, same thing happens here. I even try to finish the course in one go, it crashed in a few hours and I lost the pop up instruction again.
