Starting the Journey of Becoming an Entrepreneur

Hello, I just discovered this site. I’m in my mid-20s and am approaching my late 20s. I have decided that I want to pursue entrepreneurship through code as coding is a casual hobby I have practiced for almost 2 years. Albeit a bit late, I figured there’s no better time than now to embark on this challenging journey. My question is that I am not exactly sure what area I should focus on or if I should even specialize at the moment? For example, web development, app development, games, etc. I’m asking if anyone knows any resources that could point me in the right direction as to where I should spend my time. Or a general map that I could use as a guideline depending on the choices I make. I moved back in with my parents during COVID to devote all my time to this for a long as need be. I plan to learn C as my starting point to build a strong foundation, deepen my understanding of computer languages, and gain intimacy with computers. However, I would like something else to focus on as well in the meanwhile. I am open to anything that isn’t game related. If you’re wondering, I can code in Python, Java, CSS & HTML, and a little bit of javascript. I am not new to coding or anything. I will be devoting approximately 10hrs a day to this everyday so once again I am open to anything.

Thanks in advance,
BL

@Blacklemon Well it depends on what you enjoy, do you enjoy designing webpages or would rather get immersed in the logic of other languages.

As for web development there’s always a need for freelance and there’s a plethora of job offers on the web for remote development so as long as you search and specialize I think you’ll be fine.

One more thing, it seems to me that you already have very useful skills, don’t be afraid to use them.

Have fun!
