You are doing the steps to get the variance, it is calculated like that.
Ask for help button only comes when you have done wrong and I don’t really know how to link… I’m using what I can.
And in your question you should have given the equation, it would have been much better to know why I’m doing that calculation instead of just following the instructions that only you know where it leads
