You have added attributes to elements already. For example, you added the href attribute to the a element. This step is just asking you to add another attribute to the a element. You would do this exactly the same way as with the href element.

In your code above, you accidentally removed the href attribute from the a element. You’ll definitely want to add that back. Perhaps restart the step to get it back. Then, only add the new target attribute to the a element. Don’t remove anything.
