Describe your issue in detail here.
I don’t understand what its asking me to do. how do I nest an entire section before starting a new one?

  **Your code so far**
<html>
<body>
  <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
  <main>
    <section/>
    <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
    <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>Click here to view more <a target="_blank" href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>.</p>
    <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"><img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a>
  </main>

Challenge: Step 15

Link to the challenge:

You can ‘nest’ something inside an element.

This ‘something’ can be couple of words or 200 lines of code, it doesn’t matter

<element>
  all this stuff inside element - it is nested
  it can be whatever you need
</element>
1 Like

main
< section >
cat photo stuff
</ section>

am i close?

it asks you to make all the elements of main to section like

<main>
<section>
.
.
.
</section>
</main>

and you write <section/> that’s not correct u can’t write section like that

If by cat photo stuff you mean chunk of code which should be inside section, I would say you are close

may I ask what “nest,nested” means?

sure, that means to place some stuff inside element

<element>
here goes nested stuff - text, another element
or maybe bunch of elements
or some text and some elements
</element>
