Step 69-Recursion Decimal-Binary Converter, Better Written Instructions

Tell us what’s happening:

The instructions in this step are not written clearly. At least, in English they’re not written clearly.

To better state Step 69’s instructions and avoid confusion, the last paragraph should be edited to read:

“In your return statement in your else block, use the addition operator (+) to concatenate the remainder of input divided by 2 to the end of the expression your recursive function returns. Also, wrap the operation in parentheses.”

Note, I did not call the return statement here a String because it’s not a String yet with Javascript’s dynamic typing.

The name of the project isn’t quite correct either. It should be called an “Integer” or “Whole Number to Binary Converter” since the instructions call for using Math.floor() to ensure not only is the argument passed into the function an integer, but also in the function’s body to avoid floats or doubles.

Actually, I don’t have a question. I just wanted to post this clarification on Step 69’s instructions because I saw it being asked repeatedly in the Help Forum.
