Step 91 is what I am having issues with like I was told to add a transform to both rotate and scale the penguin I did so but it doesn't seem to work

I gues,s but there was nothing wrong with his solution according to MSN docs.

Also as the subject hadn’t been addressed in the course material before( correct me if i’m wrong) I’ts hard to know how to guide someone on what seems to be a block based on a formatiing issue that would be difficult to guess.

The answer isn’t there. But you could also try

which has some clues but definitely not the ‘exact styntax’ necessary to ‘put it all together’ into a single ‘coherent declaration’ .
