Next, you are going to add some new form input elements, so add another fieldset element directly below the current fieldset element.

why are you nesting it?!

Hi, you don’t need to nest your fieldset as the instructions don’t say to do that.
You do need to add a new fieldset element below the first. Which means adding it after the first fieldset’s closing tags, not nesting it inside the first fieldset.

how would you create “any html element”?

The same way you would add any other html element after another.

<p>I am the first paragraph element</p>
<p>I am the second paragraph element</p>

So like with this paragraph example you need to write out the html tags used for <fieldset> again as you did the first time, but underneath that first fieldset.
