Stop Screen Refresh to Top While Editing

I’m working in CodePen. As I make HTML edits, I would like the Page I’m working on to be locked and not refresh to the top with each edit. I’m working in Chrome browser.

Is this an item to adjust in Chrome or CodePen?
Or, is there code I can temporarily implement within HTML while I’m editing, and later remove when my project is complete?

Settings --> Behaviour --> Auto-Updating Preview (Toggle to off)
