Ya, the instructions could be clearer on this one, although the hint should be telling you exactly what selector list to use, so I would look closely at that. Basically, this step wants you to create a new ruleset with multiple selectors and set the display and text-align in that new ruleset. Also, be sure to add it above the existing .info input and .info label rulesets.
