“The list items text should be wrapped in anchor tags.”

I can understand that this might cause a little confusion. The “list items” in this case aren’t the actual <li> tags but rather the text inside of the tags. So you want to wrap the text in each li element with anchor tags. Don’t forget that anchors have both and opening and closing tag.

Is this is how it shoud go ? I am still confused.

shouldn’t you close the li element instead of opening a new one?

well , it still doesnt work , if i out the closing to li elements and even though i restarted.
