Stuck at this media query

hello everyone !! I am trying to make my web responsive, I’m applying this media query to ( min-width:768px) and (max-width:1024px)
but I don’t know how to organize this header:

The header should convert into a hamburger menu. Check bootstrap menu for referance!

nope check bootstrap menu, check this example by changing the width of the screen
