Stuck exam attempt showing "Pending" + conflicting eligibility message

Hi,

I’m working on the JavaScript Certification exam and running into a confusing issue.

My username: @rafiullah_39

What happened:

  1. On the exam page, I got the message: “Congratulations, you have completed all the requirements to qualify for the exam.”
  2. I see one attempt logged in the Attempts table:
    • Date Taken: 17/09/2026, 23:39:01
    • Score: Pending
    • Status: Pending
  3. Now when I visit my profile page, I’m getting a different message: “It looks like you have not completed the necessary steps. Please complete the required projects to claim the JavaScript Certification.”

These two messages seem to contradict each other, and my exam attempt has been stuck on “Pending” status. I’m not able to start a new attempt.

Could someone help me check my account and let me know:

  • Why the attempt is stuck on Pending
  • Whether I actually still need to complete something, or if this is a sync/display bug
  • How I can retake the exam

Because it has not been verified yet, it can stay pending up to 7 days

you need to wait

there is a 7 days cooldown, then you just do the same thing you just did
