Stuck in challenges

Hi, I am stuck in this code.

// Setup
function phoneticLookup(val) {
let result = "";

// Only change code below this line

const lookup = {"alpha":"Adams",
            "bravo":"Boston" ,
            "Charlie":"Chicago",
            "delta": "Denver",
            "echo": "Easy",
            "Foxtrot":"Frank",

};
return result;
phoneticLookup("charlie")
}

Challenge: Using Objects for Lookups

Link to the challenge:

Hah, really nice solution!
Your double quotation marks don’t seem to be recognized also you didn’t give the result any value.

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.

It looks like you have some minor capitalization differences here. I would double check the key names you’re supposed to use.

Ah sorry. Seemed to me like he was almost done. When I copy-pasted his take to the challenge the quotation marks seemed different and the compiler didn’t recognize them.

Thanks,
Yeah, I got it and solved the problem. it’s working now.
