Challenge: Step 36

Link to the challenge:

Can you explain a little more about what you are stuck on?

You should give the input expecting a first name a name attribtute. PS I would have chosen first-name
this is the error

I don’t understand what the error is. Can you explain a little more?

i’ve tried the challenge but when i put a name attribute on the “email” its not working

This is what it says " You should give the email a name attribute. PS I would have chosen email"

Im not familiar with the new curriculum but im tryna help anyway :slightly_smiling_face:

on the input tag you should put the name=“email” just like you did on the firstname and lastname

i did exactly that

        <label>Enter Your First Name: <input name="first-name" required /></label>
        <label>Enter Your Last Name: <input name="last-name" required /></label>
        <label>Enter Your Email: <input name="email" required /></label>

I think you’ll need to paste your updated code in here so we can see exactly what you did.

Hi @ceciliamichieka ,

You’ve added the name attribute. But, you have removed the type attribute.

The inputs should have both attributes.
