I followed the guide but can’t get it to work.
Tried on Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

can you leave it running and open a different tab and try it there to see if one of the tabs gets to codeally?

Yes , all cookies are allowed.
you can try emailing contact@codeally.io to see if they can give you an explanation (so far you seem to be the only one with the issue who has posted about it recently).
In cases where there is an outage, we usually see a lot of users mentioning they are struggling, so not sure what would be the cause for you.
