Stuck on Survey Form - Flex Item Acting Weird

Hey everyone,

Currently on the FCC Survey Form.
I’m running into an odd problem…
I have a simple nav setup with 5 items:
H2
H2
IMG
H2
H2

The nav has flex-box for display with the items set to space-around.
Everything looks great, but as soon as I wrap the IMG within an anchor < a > tag to turn it into a link, things get messed up.
Could someone let me know why this is happening?

I’ve attached a link to my Codepen, attached 2 screenshots, as well as a Dropbox link to a quick 20sec recording of what I’m referring to.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Set a border around it and that may help you see what’s happening so you can fix it.
