Challenge: Survey Form - Build a Survey Form

Link to the challenge:

When you have multiple radio inputs with the same name attribute, they’re a group because you can’t select more than one.

<input type="radio" value="value0" name="value-radio">value0 select
<input type="radio" value="value1" name="value-radio">value1 select
<input type="radio" value="value2" name="value-radio">value2 select

These 3 radio inputs are a group, same name attribute of “value-radio” in all of them.
