Hi @Amita-Roy,
it looks nice and clean. I am just a beginner myself, so I am not sure if my points are 100% accurate, but I hope it helps :slight_smile:
I have noticed a few things that can be changed:

  1. The form is not scaling down properly. Text is getting out of the box and button are not visible. I would probably change padding from px to %.
  2. Submit button is not scaling down either and I would probably center it. You can make it scale down if you set width/height in %. Same goes with dropdown-list etc.
