Survey Form Help!

So I finished my survey form and completed all the requirements but I am having difficulty with css and aligning the information in a logical and easy to read way.

  1. How can I get my labels and fields to enter logically spaced from eachother and lined up?
  2. How do I do the same with my radio and check boxes?
  3. My comment box looks pretty small. Can I change this to be bigger?

I had the same problem when I was doing that project (about 3 days ago xD).
The whole form should be in a table with 2 columns, and as many rows as you need. Google about it, it is not hard. First time I was doing that project, I did it like you , so I had to delete everything and start again with a table, and it was very simple :smiley:
