Your form looks good @gsatyamsingh2001. Some things to revisit;

- Codepen provides the boilerplate for you. It only expects the code you’d put within the `body` element in HTML. (No need to include the body tags). For anything you want to add to `<head>` click on the ‘Settings’ button, then HTML and add it into the ‘Stuff for \<head\>’ box.
  - Mentioning because the two script links would not go between the `head` and `body` elements. The font-awesome script belong in the `head` and the test script (being JS) would go right before the closing `body` tag.
  - Also, there’s a button codepen provides so you can add that `meta` tag.

- When you take care of the above, run your HTML code through the [W3C validator](https://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input).
  - Since copy/paste from codepen you can ignore the first warning and first two errors.
  - There are coding errors you should address.

- Codepen provides validators for HTML, CSS and JS. Click on the down arrow in the upper right of each section and then click on the respective ‘Analyze’ link.
  - The one for HTML misses things which is why I recommend W3C
  - The one for CSS is good. Run it. You have a couple of typo’s. (After you correct the first one you may have to run it again if you don’t see both the first time.)
