I’ve been trying to fix the anchor links to my tech docs page for hours now with no luck. They work perfectly when the nav bar is a sidebar, however when I resize the page and the sidebar becomes a top bar, all the internal nav links are off and hidden under the nav bar.
When I resize your page, it looks like the links remain vertically stacked. So the nav-bar gets a vertical scroll. You might be able to adjust your media query to change the layout of the <li> elements.
