It isn’t a good idea to save it on fCC long term.

For your navlink you must match exactly the ids of the elements you are linking to.
For eg. in this href you have #Topic_1 but it should be #TOPIC_1

Give that a try and fix the others and see if that helps.

Can’t see any class with name col-.

If you are targetting all elements with a specific class in this attr selector, then pls remove the * before the =. Just putting class = within is good enough. The classname should be a valid name given to the class attribute of the elements.
Also remove the outer { }.

It is a good practice to indent your code instead of such lengthy lines.
