The link tag should be inside the head element too

Also this header tag doesn’t have a matching closing tag

The more I look, the more errors I see.
It is up to you if you want to restart, but the code will not pass if you don’t have good syntax and don’t follow the requirements of the test.

Here’s another error that is repeated in multiple places:

I believe this (and all the others) should be corrected as the <header> doesn’t have a matching closing tag.
But also the expectation of the test statement is:

The first child of each .main-section should be a header element.

So your text should be placed in a header. The correction here for eg would be
"id="JavaScript_and_Java"><header>JavaScript and Java</header>

I don’t know why I placed it there but I added a closing tag right after. I don’t understand what it could be here for. I just followed the instructions saying I needed to have it

Try to understand the motivation behind the test requirement.
For eg. what does a header element do?
Why would they want it as the first child of the main-section?

The header shows the “title” for each section. each section has its own p elements, I fixed it when I had it as closing header tags and placed open header tags in front of the “titles”

The prototype-based model provides dynamic inheritance; that is, what is inherited can vary for individual objects. JavaScript also supports functions without any special declarative requirements. Functions can be properties of objects, executing as loosely typed methods.</p>

<p>JavaScript is a very free-form language compared to Java. You do not have to declare all variables, classes, and methods. You do not have to be concerned with whether methods are public, private, or protected, and you do not have to implement interfaces. Variables, parameters, and function return types are not explicitly typed.</p></header></section>

   <section class="main-section"id="Variables"><header>Variables</header><p>You use variables as symbolic names for values in your application. The names of variables, called identifiers, conform to certain rules.</p>

<p>A JavaScript identifier must start with a letter, underscore (_), or dollar sign ($); subsequent characters can also be digits (0-9). Because JavaScript is case sensitive, letters include the characters "A" through "Z" (uppercase) and the characters "a" through "z" (lowercase).</p>

<p>You can use ISO 8859-1 or Unicode letters such as å and ü in identifiers. You can also use the Unicode escape sequences as characters in identifiers. Some examples of legal names are Number_hits, temp99, and _name.</p></section>

<p>You can declare a variable in three ways:
With the keyword var. For example,</p>

I found the problem declaring variables didn’t have an underscore.
