i am trying to load my project on Technical Documentation Page and it says that only 80% is and not 100%. i want an answer

I am not entirely sure what you are asking. Are you trying to submit your project for the certification? If so, then the 80% refers to the fact that you have completed 4 out of 5 certification projects. The last project is the portfolio page. If you haven’t done that project yet then 80% is correct.
