The test is passing on my end.
It sounds like you are not testing it when the viewport width is large enough .
That is what the user story says.
You may need to enlarge the viewport or zoom out to ensure the navbar doesn’t scroll with the page content.

You are correct. I zoomed out on my browser and it passed all the tests.
