I’m running an experiment to see how much people can be benefitted by being trained by engineers for interviews at top tech companies. They provide mock interviews, reviews of algorithmic and job specific topics and also personalized problem sets and recruitment advice and possibly a referral if they like you. So far, it’s going good and people have seen improvement in their interviewing skills and have gotten jobs at their dream companies.
What is your opinion on this? Would you be interested in something like this?
