I need help rectifying on what might be going wrong. I have created the input with the space and after the label text. It still throws an error. Please let me know if I have made a mistake.

You have a minor error. When it says to add the input element after the label element text you must have read it to give the inputs the type="text". Delete the type="text" on all input elements and close them before the closing label element and you should pass the test.
