Texts are aligned in one browser but misaligned in other browsers

I’m a newbie and was wondering if anyone can help me, any help is welcome.

This is my first certification project, in codepen and in the browser(edge) it is normal but I tried to open the html in a different browser (firefox) and the text of the element “select” is all misaligned, I tried to fix it but when I fix it in a browser the other browser is misaligned that is normal?

Is it possible to fix it in all browsers?
