The APIs in the Pokemon project aren’t working, so I haven’t been able to make progress.

it works fine, what issue are you having?
The APIs used for the project are not working, so I cannot run the test, and I get the error (Test timed out).
My internet service provider has restricted access to those APIs.
if it is an issue with your internet service provider, I am not sure it is an issue that freeCodeCamp can solve
It might be the word proxy in the URL?
Anyway, it is pretty much just a proxy for the official API, and I’m pretty sure you can use that instead.
You could also try a free public DNS to see if it is a DNS block. That or a VPN.
