i try to copy and paste the token like it asks but it wont let me at all. i try typing it out it wont accept it either. i dont know what to do.
Can you provide more information on the issues you are facing?
Which exam are you taking?
What happens when you open the exam app and try to copy the token? Is there an error message that displays? does something else happen instead?

i cant paste anything in the exam environment app. i was trying to do responsive design exam. error when i type it. a json error.
What operating system are you using?
Maybe you can try uninstalling the app and installing it again.
