The Discourse team (who built the underlying open source software that powers this forum) are working on diagnosing the problem.
I am in direct communication with their founders. I’ll let you know once we’re out of the woods.
In the meantime, if you need to, you can get a cached version of most forum pages by putting http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache: at the beginning of the URL, like this:
