Any certifications you have earned should be listed there.

The link to certificate opens when I click on “Show Certification” at https://www.freecodecamp.org/settings.
But when I opened the link
https://www.freecodecamp.org/certification/fcc6092f4ef-a922-40d7-8abd-fb517b6b91cb/responsive-web-design
it could not open giving “Error 502”.
