The Tests Result meaning

When the test result shows on e.g. the My Tribute page as a value such as 7/10 on a red background, does this mean you’ve got 7 things right, but are missing three further entries of some sort?

Or does it mean you’ve got 7 things done, and they’re ALL wrong!

Still trying to figure it out…
