I am trying to access a hint video to help with a solution, when I click the video button to launch the solution there is just a black screen and the video does not launch.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem please? Im working on html.
It would be helpful if you could say which challenge you are trying so we could see if there is a problem with that particular video.

I mean you can literally just say which challenge it is so that someone can help you now with your current problem rather than waiting until next time you have a problem.
