Finished up my second web design project with the survey form, and this one took a bit longer than expected due to all the CSS. The only trouble I ran into was having my survey entries match, as I could not figure out to enlarge the line height for the <select> drop down options. Here’s my survey form.
Hi, it looks very good! i like it.
I think the only thing i would change (it`s just my personal style) is probably a border-radius . So that it look a bit smoother. i would probably put it around the form and input fields. but it looks great!

It looks good on desktop, but the form does not resize to smaller widths when I use the mobile view in Firefox. I wonder if that’s just a CodePen problem.
How about making the background image fixed?

I noticed the resizing issue as well and thought the media queries would alleviate it.
I tried fixing the background image, but I didn’t like the result as the photo remained fixed on the people’s torso. Will go back and look into it a bit more.
